Two Arts Grants Opportunities

The Shallow Ford Foundation is excited to offer two separate arts grant opportunities to help local nonprofits bring engaging, community-building programs to life.

Applications are now open. Deadline to apply: October 18, 2025.

1. NEW Bingham Arts Grants for Clemmons

Purpose: Fund arts and cultural programs that bring the community together in Clemmons, made possible by the Thad and Mary Bingham Fund of the Shallow Ford Foundation.

Grant amount: Up to $5,000

Who can apply:
Nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3) or governmental agencies) — not individuals

Where programs must take place:
Village of Clemmons

Examples of programs:
Concerts, public art shows, theater productions, art installations, other creative gatherings

Deadline to complete programs:
December 31, 2026

2. Mary Alice Warren Community Center (Lewisville) Programming Grants

Purpose: Support affordable, accessible, and enriching programs at the Mary Alice Warren Community Center (MAWCC) in Lewisville

Grant amount: Up to $5,000

Who can apply:
Nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3) or governmental agencies) — not individuals

Where programs must take place:
Mary Alice Warren Community Center, Lewisville

Preferred programs:
Senior programming, concerts, art classes, skill-based workshops, community events

Not eligible: Film screenings, exercise/fitness classes, art installations

Deadline to complete programs: December 31, 2026
