With more than 20 years of experience in financial services and a strong commitment to community service, Combs brings valuable insight, generosity of spirit, and a passion for strengthening local communities.

The Shallow Ford Foundation is a community foundation serving Clemmons, Lewisville, Yadkin County and connecting communities. By connecting donors with the causes they care about most, the Foundation supports local nonprofits, responds to community needs, and helps ensure lasting impact for generations to come. Thoughtful financial stewardship and strong community relationships are central to this work—making Combs a natural fit for the Foundation’s board.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Combs specializes in creating customized investment strategies for both individual and corporate clients. Her leadership and expertise have earned recognition, including being named a Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisor* for five consecutive years (2021–2025), a Forbes Best‑In‑State Wealth Advisor* in 2022 and 2023, and a Working Mother’s Top Wealth Advisors Moms* in 2021.

Combs is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned her MBA from Pfeiffer University. She co-founded Hope Medical Clinic and currently serves on the boards of Calvary Provision and Salem Pregnancy Care Center. Her nonprofit leadership reflects a long‑standing dedication to compassionate care and community well‑being.

She lives in Advance with her husband and son, and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her son.
