Available to two eligible graduating seniors—one from Forbush High School and one from Starmount High School. The award prioritizes candidates with demonstrated financial need and a strong history of outstanding voluntary service, with preference given to active members of the Junior Civic Club who have shown significant dedication to the club and to considerable community service outside the organization.

Purpose

Graduating seniors from Forbush or Starmount High School demonstrating financial need and a strong history of outstanding voluntary service, with preference given to active members of the Junior Civic Club. These scholarships were established to assist high school students in Yadkin County who demonstrate outstanding character and a commitment to serving their community.
